Built to order

Custom ERP systems for businesses in Bangkok and across Thailand

ERP stands for enterprise resource planning: one system for the work that runs your business, in place of separate sheets, chats and apps. We design and build one for small and mid-sized businesses in Bangkok and across Thailand, starting with the part that causes the most trouble today.

Signs you have outgrown separate tools

  • Orders, stock and customers live in different sheets, and the sheets disagree.
  • The owner has to ask someone to find out today's numbers.
  • Work stops when the one person who understands the sheet is away.
  • Everyone shares one login, so nobody knows who changed what.

What a custom ERP can cover

You choose the parts. Each one is scoped around how your business works, and we build the one you need most first.

Orders and jobs
Every order or job from the moment it arrives to the moment it is done, with its status visible to the people who need it.
Stock and materials
What you have, what is reserved and what needs reordering, updated by the work itself and not by a count at the end of the month.
Customers
Each customer's orders, bookings and messages in one record.
Staff and roles
A login for each person, who sees and changes only what their role needs.
Reports
The numbers you look at every day and every month, drawn from the work as it happens.
Connections
Links to the tools you already use and want to keep, where those tools allow it. We confirm each one during scoping and do not assume it.

How we would start

  1. Look at how the work runs today

Who does what, in which sheet or app, and where it goes wrong.

  2. Agree the first part

A written scope for the part that will help most: what is included, what is not, and what we still need to confirm.

  3. Build it, and use it on real work

Your team tries it the way they will use it every day, and we fix what the trial shows.

  4. Add the next part

Once the first part is in daily use, the next one is scoped the same way.

What it is not

  • Not a ready-made package. There is no licence to buy and no list of modules to pick from: it is built for your business, so it starts with a conversation and a written scope.
  • Not payroll or HR software, and not a point-of-sale system: those are outside what we build. If you use one, we look at whether your system can pass information to it.
  • Not on show here yet. There is no ERP example to open on this site. Our product examples show how our staff screens work.

Cost and timing

Every project is quoted for the business it is for, so there is no price list on this site. The first conversation is free. It can be online or in person.

Questions

Can a custom ERP replace separate order and stock spreadsheets?

That is one possible starting point: orders, stock and materials can share one workflow instead of separate sheets. We first agree which records and steps belong in the system, then build the part you need most. Connections to existing tools are confirmed individually.

What does ERP mean?

Enterprise resource planning: software that keeps a business's main work, such as orders, stock, customers and staff tasks, in one connected system in place of separate tools.

Do we need a custom ERP, or is a ready-made one enough?

If a ready-made product fits the way you work, it is usually the quicker choice, and we will say so. A custom system is worth it when your own way of working is the thing ready-made software cannot follow.

Can it connect to the tools we already use?

It depends on the tool. Tell us what you use and we will confirm what is feasible during scoping.

How long does it take, and what does it cost?

Both depend on how much of the business the system covers. We scope it in writing first and quote for that scope. The first conversation is free.

Do you take on ERP projects outside Bangkok?

Yes. We take on work outside Bangkok, and we meet clients in person.

Tell us how your business works today

A few sentences are enough. We will ask what we need to and tell you plainly whether this is the right place to start.
