Website redesign: improve the site you have, or rebuild it
A redesign starts from the website you already have: what it says, who it is for and what a visitor can do next. Our Bangkok studio improves the parts that need it, or rebuilds the site when that is the better choice, in Thai and English, and keeps your domain.
Signs your website needs a redesign
- Customers still call or message to ask what the website should already tell them.
- It is hard to read or use on a phone.
- Visitors look around, but few of them get in touch or book.
- It no longer says what the business does today.
- It is in one language, and your customers use two.
What a website redesign can cover
What your site needs is agreed in a written scope. These are the parts we look at.
- A look at the site you have
- What it says, how it reads on a phone, what search engines see, and how a visitor gets in touch. The free website audit measures the basics on your pages first. Free website audit
- Improve what is there
- If the site does most of its job, we improve the parts that need it: the words, the layout, the phone view, the pages for search or the way to get in touch. Whether we can work on it where it is now is confirmed for each site.
- Rebuild it when that is better
- When the site cannot do what you need, we rebuild it as a business website: Thai and English, mobile-first, and built to the O2 SEO standard. Business website
- Keep your domain
- The site keeps its domain. Before anything moves, we agree which pages to keep and where each old address will lead, so customers and search engines can still find them.
- Connect what you already use
- If you already use systems that do their job, such as booking, LINE or an online shop, we keep them and connect the website to them. Which systems can connect is confirmed for each one.
- Words and photographs
- You write or choose what the site says. Photography, copywriting and translation are available if you want them.

Tell us what the site should do
Who it is for, what they should find on it, and what they should do next.
We say plainly: improve or rebuild
If your current site already does its job, we will not ask you to rebuild it. The choice, and what it includes, is written into your proposal.
What we do not promise
- More enquiries or sales. A clearer site makes it easier for customers to get in touch; what they do is theirs to decide, and we do not promise a number.
- A search position. Nobody can promise a ranking, and we do not. A search engine decides what it shows.
- What we do promise is the work: a site that says what your business does, reads well on a phone, and gives customers a clear way to get in touch.
Cost and timing
Every project is quoted for the business it is for, so there is no price list on this site. The first conversation is free. It can be online or in person.
Costs, timing and ownership in fullQuestions
Can you take over a website another company built, and keep our domain?
Yes. We can take over or rebuild an existing website and keep its domain. The access we need, such as to its hosting and domain, is confirmed for each site.
Do we have to rebuild the whole site?
No. If your current site already does its job, we will not ask you to rebuild it. Tell us what is missing and we will confirm what can be improved or connected.
Can you add Thai or English to our site?
Yes: Thai, English or both. Each language is written for its own readers, not translated word for word from the other.
Who owns the website after the redesign?
The website is yours. The text and everything on it can be written, changed or chosen by you. Your accounts stay yours — payment providers, domains, analytics. O2 keeps its own reusable code and licenses it to you for your website.
Will the redesigned site be set up for Google?
Yes. A rebuilt site is built to the O2 SEO standard, and SEO is also a service of its own for a site you keep. Nobody can promise a ranking, and we do not.
Tell us how your business works today
A few sentences are enough. We will ask what we need to and tell you plainly whether this is the right place to start.
