Golf club websites for planning a visit and booking a lesson

We are a Bangkok studio that designs and builds websites for golf clubs, courses and academies. Golfers read the course guide, check the facilities, book a lesson and send a tee-time request.

What is booked, and what is requested

A lesson has a coach, a time and a number of places, so it can be booked. A tee time depends on your tee sheet, which the website is not connected to, so it is a request your team answers.

Booked on the spot

  • Private lessons, by level, coach and time.
  • Group classes, with the places left.
  • A full class offers the next one, or a private session.

Your team replies

Sent as a request

  • Tee times: the date, a preferred time and the number of players.
  • A visit for a group.
  • A lesson the academy does not list.

No tee sheet or golf-management platform is connected. Connecting one is assessed separately, system by system.

What golfers look for before a visit

  • Visitors want to know the course before they come

Business website A course guide, the facilities and what to know before a visit, in Thai and English.

  • Lesson bookings come by phone and LINE, one at a time

Online booking Golfers choose a lesson, a coach and a time, and a group class shows the places left.

  • Tee-time requests arrive without a date or the number of players

Business website A request form asks for the date, a preferred time and the players, and your team replies.

The smallest useful start

Start with the website

A visit starts with the same questions: what the course is like, what is there and when to come. A bilingual site with a course guide, the facilities and visit information answers them.

Add when you need it

  • Online booking

When lessons and classes should be booked online, with coaches and places. Tee times stay requests until a tee-sheet connection has been assessed and agreed.

You can leave out

  • Business dashboard

Not needed to start. It fits once lessons and enquiries run through more than one system and the academy wants one schedule.

More examples for a golf club

For a golf club, QR Ordering covers tables in the clubhouse restaurant only; ordering and delivery on the course are not part of it.

Each example shows one product. They work together, and none of them requires the others.

Client work

We have no golf project to show yet.

The examples on this page are fictional: invented businesses with sample data, made to show how each product works. They are not client work. Work that businesses have commissioned from us is on the Work page.
