Built to order
Custom CRM systems for businesses in Bangkok and across Thailand
CRM stands for customer relationship management: one place that remembers every customer, what they booked or bought, and what was said. We build one for businesses in Bangkok and across Thailand around the channels their customers already use.
Signs your customers have outgrown a spreadsheet
- Customer details are spread across LINE chats, a spreadsheet and someone's memory.
- Nobody can say when a customer last came, or what they bought.
- Follow-ups are forgotten, because they live in one person's head.
- You cannot tell which customers have gone quiet.
What a custom CRM can cover
You choose the parts. Each one is scoped around how your team already looks after customers.
- One record for each customer
- Contact details, what they booked or bought, and the notes your team keeps.
- History that fills itself in
- Bookings, orders and enquiries from the systems we build for you are added to the customer's record as they happen.
- Follow-ups
- Who needs a call back, a reminder or a thank-you, and who on your team is responsible for it.
- Groups
- Regulars, first-timers and customers who have gone quiet, so your team can see who to contact.
- Roles and privacy
- Each person sees what their role needs. What you collect, who can see it and how long it is kept are agreed with you and written down first.
- Points or membership
- A loyalty or membership programme can sit on top of the same records. It is scoped separately.
How we would start
Look at where customers reach you
LINE, the phone, your website, the counter: where each conversation starts and where it is written down today.
Agree what a record holds
A written scope: what is kept for each customer, who may see it, and what your team does with it.
Build it, and use it with real customers
Your team keeps a week of real customers in it, and we fix what the week shows.
Bring across what you have
Existing customer lists are brought in where they are clean enough to trust. Which ones is agreed in the scope.
What it is not
- Not a ready-made subscription. It is built for your business, so it starts with a conversation and a written scope.
- Not a point-of-sale system, and not payroll or HR software: those are outside what we build.
- Not on show here yet. There is no CRM example to open on this site. Our product examples show how our staff screens work.
Cost and timing
Every project is quoted for the business it is for, so there is no price list on this site. The first conversation is free. It can be online or in person.

Questions
When should a Thai SME choose a custom CRM over ready-made software?
Start by checking whether ready-made software fits your customer records, follow-ups and staff access. A custom CRM is worth discussing when your workflow or required connections do not fit those tools. Compare the total cost of setup, migration, ongoing care and future changes. O2 scopes a custom system around the work you actually need; a spreadsheet or existing tool may still be enough.
What should we prepare before asking O2 to build a CRM?
Bring an example of how an enquiry becomes a customer, the fields your team records, who follows up and which tools you already use. Describe who should see or edit each record and which reports you need. This lets us agree a written scope and check possible connections before quoting.
Can we build a CRM for customer follow-ups?
Yes. A custom CRM can keep the customer's details, conversation history and next follow-up together, so your team can see who needs a reply and pick up the conversation. The fields, staff roles and connections are agreed around your process before we build.
What does CRM mean?
Customer relationship management: a system that keeps each customer's details, history and follow-ups in one place, so anyone on your team can pick up where the last person left off.
We keep customers in LINE and a spreadsheet. Is that not enough?
It is enough until two people answer the same customer differently, or a follow-up is lost. If that is not happening, you may not need a CRM yet, and we will say so.
Can it work with LINE?
Our AI assistant for LINE notes who asked and what they need, and a CRM can keep those notes with the customer's record. What can be connected depends on your LINE Official Account and is confirmed during scoping.
What about our customers' personal data?
What you collect, who can see it and how long it is kept are agreed with you and written down before anything is built. In the terms of Thailand's PDPA you remain the data controller for your customers' data, and O2, running the system for you, acts as your data processor under our agreement.
How long does it take, and what does it cost?
Both depend on what the system holds and what it connects to. We scope it in writing first and quote for that scope. The first conversation is free.
