The co-founders
Psychology and architecture.
O2 started with two graduates of Chulalongkorn University who had been trained to look at the same problem from opposite ends.

Why people choose what they choose — where they hesitate, what earns their trust, and what quietly loses it.

How structure carries weight, how space directs movement, and how a drawing becomes something you can walk through.
Behaviour and structure — the two things a digital system is actually made of.
Every system people use needs both. It is a structure people move through, and every decision inside it is a human one — where the eye lands, what feels safe to click, how long someone is willing to wait. Between the two of us we were trained in both, and we bring both to everything we build, from a website to the systems behind it.
Where you can see it.

- The decision
- Suan Zen was sending guests photos of a paper menu over LINE. Guests could not see what each course included before they reserved.
- The structure
- A menu site the restaurant sends in place of those photos. Every course has its own page and its own dishes, so guests see what they will eat before they reserve. Reservations stay with the restaurant, in LINE. The site hands the guest over with the chosen course already in the message.

Working with us.
- Who you deal with
- The two of us, Natdanai and Pawin. We build with AI tools, and we stay involved in the projects we take on.
- How decisions are agreed
- Scope is written down before work starts, including what is not included. Anything added later is quoted first.
- What stays yours
- The website is yours. The text and everything on it can be written, changed or chosen by you. Your accounts stay yours — payment providers, domains, analytics. O2 keeps its own reusable code and licenses it to you for your website. Subscription services, and the software and scripts that run them, remain O2's: you use them while the subscription is paid. Who owns the rest of the work made for you follows Thai copyright law, unless you agree otherwise in writing.
- How we meet
- The first conversation is free. It can be online or in person. We take on work outside Bangkok, and we meet clients in person.
O2 Design Studio is a studio in Bangkok, Thailand, that designs and builds digital ecosystems: websites and the systems that run behind them. Our website and our email both use o2-designstudio.com, with a hyphen after O2.
