Your own online store, built around what you sell

We are a Bangkok studio that builds online stores for retail and direct-to-customer brands. Customers browse your products, choose a variation and order from you directly, with payment through your own account.

Do you need a website as well as a store?

Usually not

An Online Store carries the brand's own pages: its story, its collections, how to reach you. If the goal is selling, the store is the website.

Worth it when

You sell mainly through stockists or a showroom and want to present the collections without a cart. That is a Business Website, and it can be extended with a store later.

What gets in the way of selling online

  • Orders come in by chat, one conversation at a time

Online store Customers choose and order by themselves, and you get each order with a LINE notification.

  • Customers ask about size, fabric and care before they buy

Online store Each product page answers them, with its variations and whether each one is available.

  • You sell only through a marketplace or a social page

Online store Your own store, with a customer database and the payment account in your name.

What a product page has to answer

The example is a clothing label, so its pages answer what clothing shoppers ask. Yours would answer what your customers ask.

The smallest useful start

Start with the store

If the goal is selling products, the store comes first. It has the catalogue, payment through your own account, promotions and customer orders.

Add when you need it

  • Online booking

Only if you take showroom fittings or appointments. They are an optional service, not a required part of a store.

You can leave out

  • Business website

Usually not needed beside a store, for the reason above.

  • Business dashboard

Not needed to start. The store has its own product and order screens. A dashboard is for one view across a store and something else, such as bookings.

Questions

Do you build websites for florists?

Yes. Little House Flower is a commissioned florist website with an order form, shown on this page. It was built as a Business Website. A full online store with payment is a separate scope.

Does a florist need a full online store or an order enquiry form?

Start with how the shop confirms an order. If staff need to check the flowers, arrangement and requested date first, a website with an enquiry form may be enough. If customers should choose listed products and pay online, scope an Online Store, including the shop's product, payment and delivery rules.

Can a retail website start with enquiries and add ecommerce later?

Yes. Business Website can be extended with an Online Store as a separate scope. We first confirm which products customers can order themselves, their variations and availability, and the payment and delivery process. An enquiry does not by itself mean the shop has accepted the order.
