From first conversation to a working system

Five stages. At each one, this is what you provide and what O2 produces.

  1. Understand your needs

    You provide

Tell us how the business runs today, what you already use, and what you want to improve.

    O2 produces

Questions, then a short summary of what we heard, so we agree on the problem first.

  2. Define the scope

    You provide

Review the scope and tell us what is missing or unnecessary.

    O2 produces

A written scope and a tailored proposal: what is included, what is not, and what we still need to confirm, such as integrations, content and migration.

  3. Design and build

    You provide

Content, photos and access to the accounts involved. Feedback on real screens as they take shape.

    O2 produces

The design and the working build, in Thai and English where the scope calls for both.

  4. Review and launch

    You provide

Try it the way your customers and staff will, and sign off when it is right.

    O2 produces

Fixes from the review, then the launch.

  5. Ongoing care

    You provide

Tell us when something changes in the business.

    O2 produces

A support arrangement defined in your proposal, so what is covered is agreed in advance.

Integrations, content, data migration and support are confirmed in the proposal, not assumed. See the products

Investment, timing and ongoing costs

Every project is quoted for the business it is for, so there is no price list on this site. This is what a quote depends on, and how payment, timing and ownership work.

What you pay for and what stays yours

The first conversation is free. It can be online or in person.

Setup
We show you a draft first. If you agree in writing to go ahead, you pay a 50% deposit on the build fee, and the full build starts once it has cleared. When it is finished, you pay the remaining 50%, and the first month of your care plan if you ordered one, before it goes live. Once that has cleared, you have approved the launch and we have the domain and account access we need, it is live within 24 hours, weekends and holidays included.
Ongoing service
Your website is yours to keep. If you end the monthly or annual plan, we hand over its files, content and access so it can stay online on your own hosting. Subscription services, such as booking, the online store, table ordering, the dashboard, the LINE assistant and the automations we run, stop at the end of the paid period, and you get your data back.
Content, accounts and code
You choose and can change the website content. Your domain, payment and analytics accounts stay yours. O2 keeps its own reusable code and licenses it to you for your website.
Included changes
The monthly plan includes two meetings to brief changes. Small changes are included; larger changes, such as a new interface or new tabs, are quoted first.
If the service ends
If payments stop, O2 tells you in writing and gives you at least 14 days to settle before the service is suspended, and never suspends it over a charge you dispute in good faith. You can get your content back within 30 days.
Other providers
What other companies charge, such as a domain or a payment provider's fees, is confirmed in the proposal, not assumed.

If you need a transfer to another provider, agree the scope and terms in the proposal before work starts.

What the quote depends on

  • How much content there is, and who prepares it
  • The number of pages and languages
  • The systems it has to connect to
  • Anything to move across from an existing site
  • How often you expect to change things after launch
Before you pay anything
The first conversation is free. It can be online or in person. We take on work outside Bangkok, and we meet clients in person.
Payment
We show you a draft first. If you agree in writing to go ahead, you pay a 50% deposit on the build fee, and the full build starts once it has cleared. When it is finished, you pay the remaining 50%, and the first month of your care plan if you ordered one, before it goes live. Once that has cleared, you have approved the launch and we have the domain and account access we need, it is live within 24 hours, weekends and holidays included. We issue tax invoices and receipts in a company's name.
Timing
For a website, booking system or ordering system, the first demo is ready in 2 to 3 business days once we have your social-media details and the requested product images. It is the draft we show you before the 50% deposit; review, integrations and final launch follow the agreed scope.
After launch
Your website is yours to keep. If you end the monthly or annual plan, we hand over its files, content and access so it can stay online on your own hosting. Subscription services, such as booking, the online store, table ordering, the dashboard, the LINE assistant and the automations we run, stop at the end of the paid period, and you get your data back. The monthly plan includes two meetings each month to brief and review changes. Small changes are included; larger changes are quoted first. The annual plan is for low-frequency updating, such as once every six months.
Changes
To ask for a change you can call us, email us, set up a meeting on Google Meet, or just text us. Small changes are included. Larger ones, such as a new interface or new tabs, are raised in those meetings and quoted first.
What is yours
The website is yours. The text and everything on it can be written, changed or chosen by you. Your accounts stay yours — payment providers, domains, analytics. O2 keeps its own reusable code and licenses it to you for your website. Subscription services, and the software and scripts that run them, remain O2's: you use them while the subscription is paid. Who owns the rest of the work made for you follows Thai copyright law, unless you agree otherwise in writing. If payments stop, O2 tells you in writing and gives you at least 14 days to settle before the service is suspended, and never suspends it over a charge you dispute in good faith. You can get your content back within 30 days. The full rules are in our Terms and Conditions: version 1.7 of 20 October 2026, still a draft for Thai legal review. What you agree is set out in your own signed service order.
What others charge
What other companies charge, such as a domain or a payment provider's fees, is confirmed in the proposal, not assumed.
If you need them
Photography, copywriting and translation are available if you want them. We can take over or rebuild an existing website and keep its domain.
